Cruise Line Check-In

Pre-cruise Customs and Immigration check-in for all guestsis required by many cruise lines at least 72 hours prior to sailing. Click on your cruise lines' logo below and follow their pre-cruise check-in instructions to save time with the check-in process and start enjoying cruise vacation while everyone else waits in line.

The Advance Passenger Information System (APIS) is an automated system capable of performing database searches on passengers and crew members prior to their arrival in or departure from the United States. APIS requires all cruise lines to collect additional immigration information from their passengers prior to any cruise to or from the United States. As a convenience to our guests, you can provide this required information to the cruise line prior to arriving at the pier on embarkation day. By completing this information in advance, you can avoid long delays at the pier.

You must also bring your passports or other proof of citizenship with you to check in. If you do not provide all pieces of the required data, you may be denied boarding without a refund.

Information required for ALL PASSENGERS include:

  • Complete Legal Name
  • Date of Birth
  • Gender
  • Residence Address
  • Country of Citizenship

In addition, non-U.S. citizens must provide

  • Passport Number and Country of Passport Issuance
  • Passport Issue Date
  • Passport Expiry Date
  • Country of Residence
  • Alien Registration Number (if resident of the United Sates)
  • U.S. Address while visiting U.S. (if not resident of the U.S.)

  • U.S. Visa Number
